Ok, so here’s what we know about burnout so far:
You’re not alone - burnout is happening to lots of women.
Culture at large encourages us to behave in ways that lead to burnout all the time.
(The most important one) This shit is reversible.
Isn't it amazing to know that you’re not crazy and you’re not alone?
If you’ve been trying to carry on despite feeling tired and cranky and overwhelmed, you’re not alone.
If you’ve been trying to get to a better place by just working harder, and it’s not working, you’re not alone.
If you find yourself thinking that there has to be a better way but also simultaneously feeling completely depleted by just barely keeping up with your day to day life, you are definitely not alone.
I've been there.
I know exactly what it’s like to think that I just have to try harder and to also know that I can’t actually try any harder than I already am. I know what it’s like to realize that you simply have to find a new way of doing things.
And guess what? That new way exists. And it’s marvelous.
Yes, it does require effort, and yes, it does require being willing to learn to do things differently.
But. It’s so worth it.
Are you ready to see what your life would be like if you chose to ditch burnout once and for all? If you felt like you could handle anything? If you woke up every morning ready to kick ass?
